YAP Mobile Wallet is hiring a Manager Risk & Fraud to lead enterprise risk governance and fraud prevention across our digital financial platforms. This role offers a clear progression path to a Head-level leadership position.
You will be responsible for risk strategy, fraud control frameworks, regulatory alignment, and organizational resilience.

🎯 Experience: 6–8 years

Key Responsibilities
Lead Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Fraud Risk frameworks
Define risk strategy aligned with SBP EMI regulations and fintech best practices
Own enterprise risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring
Implement risk registers, KRIs, KPIs, and dashboards
Oversee real-time fraud monitoring, investigations, and loss management
Develop fraud rules, risk scoring, and analytics-driven detection controls
Identify fraud trends across wallets, payments, onboarding, and merchants
Develop and enforce risk & fraud policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
Ensure compliance with SBP EMI, AML/CFT, and cybersecurity standards
Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and escalation
Present risk and fraud insights to senior leadership and Board committees
Manage regulatory engagement with SBP
Build, mentor, and scale Risk & Fraud teams
Partner with Product, Technology, Compliance, Operations, and Support teams

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Risk, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related fields
6–8 years of experience in risk management, fraud, or internal controls
Leadership experience in fintech, EMI, banking, or payments
Strong knowledge of fraud typologies, ERM, IT governance, and cybersecurity
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
