🌍 Global Market Expansion: Develop, execute, and manage strategic plans to penetrate international rice export markets.
🤝 Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with overseas buyers, brokers, and distributors.
📈 Sales Growth: Identify new business avenues globally and drive the team to achieve set export sales targets.
📋 Export Documentation: Oversee complete export documentation, ensuring 100% compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
🚢 Logistics Coordination: Manage end-to-end shipments, supply chain logistics, and timely order fulfillment processes.
📊 Market Intelligence: Monitor global market trends, changing pricing structures, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
👥 Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor the export department to ensure high operational excellence and alignment with business goals.
📋 Requirements:
✔ Experience: Proven, successful experience in rice export sales and international grain trading.
✔ Technical Knowledge: Complete understanding of shipping terms (Incoterms), export procedures, documentation, and freight logistics.
✔ Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship-building skills.
✔ Leadership: Strong leadership traits with a track record of managing and motivating sales/export teams.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or a related field.
