Retail Store Manager

Description:

Hola Amor, a New York based women fashion brand is launching its signature retail store in Bahria Town Lahore Pakistan.

We are seeking candidates that can perform below duties on daily basis.

1- Open/Close store 6days a week
2- Define strategies to increase the foot fall
3- Manage and maintain inventory
4- Handle all customers coming in store with utmost sophistication
5- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through resolving their complaints
6- Meet monthly sales targets
7- Submit daily sales report to finance teams and handle cash register


Skills Required:

1- Ideal candidate should have excellent communication in both English and Urdu.
2- Must be able to come daily at 11am to 8pm in Bahria Town Lahore
3- Excellent presentation skills

Starting salary during 2021 will be PKR 35K plus bonus on meeting the monthly sales targets.
