Retail Sales Executive

Ministry of Brands is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive who has a strong interest in fashion and styling. The ideal candidate will help customers find the right products, create a great in-store experience, and contribute to achieving sales targets while representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing, styles, and sizes.

• Stay updated on current fashion trends, new collections, and store promotions.

• Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and outfit combinations.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness.

• Manage fitting room assistance and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Handle billing, returns, and basic POS operations when required.

• Support stock management, inventory checks, and product replenishment.

• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales (fashion or clothing retail preferred).

• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
