Retail Sales Coordinator

Description:

An established Oil Marketing Company is looking for a Retail Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate retail sales operations, dealer relationships, and performance monitoring of company-operated and dealer-operated outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily retail sales activities with field teams and retail outlets.
• Monitor sales performance of petrol pumps and prepare sales reports.
• Liaise with dealers and internal departments to ensure smooth retail operations.
• Assist in planning sales targets and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain retail sales data, documentation, and performance dashboards.
• Support retail network expansion and dealer onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounts / Finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Retail sales coordination, preferably in the Oil & Gas / OMC sector.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
