Our stores are multiplying and our online footprint is booming—now we need a retail operator who can turn floor space into wow-space and scout the next great locations.
What You’ll Own
- Store Performance – Drive weekly sales targets, analyse POS & footfall, lift conversion, UPT and AOV across every TLC store.
- People & Training – Recruit, roster and coach ±100 store staff; deliver monthly product & service training that lives our “Delight the Customer” value.
- Visual & Experience – Enforce VM guidelines, partner with our creative team on seasonal refreshes and in-mall activations.
- Operational Excellence – Cash recon, shrinkage ≤ 0.6 %, stock counts, HSE, grooming—no detail too small.
- Customer Love – Own store NPS ★4.2+, mystery-shop ≥ 90, and lead the call-centre crew confirming COD orders.
- Business Development – Scout sites, build feasibilities, negotiate leases and manage capex to open 5-6 new storeson time & under budget.
- Cross-Functional Liaison – Feed demand data to Supply-Chain, align promos with Marketing, sync new-store timelines with Creative and Tech.
You’ll Thrive If You…
- Bring 6–10 yrs multi-store leadership in fashion, home, lifestyle or FMCG retail.
- Have opened/remodelled 2+ stores end-to-end (site search → grand opening).
- Love coaching Gen-Z sales teams and can turn SOPs into habit.
- Read POS dashboards like a second language (Lightspeed, Shopify, SAP—your call).
- Negotiate leases with the persistence of a landlord and the polish of a diplomat.
- Are ready to travel nationwide ~30 % to be on the floor where the magic happens.
