Description:
The Distribution Manager will oversee daily operations in our distribution department, ensuring timely delivery of products and managing our inventory effectively. This role also involves optimizing supply chain processes and leading our talented distribution team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time product deliveries and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to enhance efficiency
- Manage inventory levels and forecast needs
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers
- Lead and train a high-performing distribution team
- Track and report on key distribution metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in distribution or logistics management (startup experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
