Job Responsibilities :
1. To develop comprehensive execution plan for the Retail Development Program.
2. To monitor territory Management Modules in line with Retail development strategy through strong coordination with the field staff.
3. To work in close coordination with Marketing for implementation of trade marketing activities.
Requirements:
1. 5-8 years of experience, 3+ as Area Sales Manager or District Mager
2. Strong Multitasking, Customer Handling & Stakeholder Engagement Skills
3. Analytical & Quantitative Skills, Planning Skills
4. Strong Communication Skills (written & verbal)
