Retail Administration

Description:

We are looking for a qualified individual for the role of Energiser Retail Fashion (Admin) based in Lahore to join our Retail team. This position is responsible for maintenance and repairs in a timely manner to ensure fully functional stores in relevant region.

Administrative Support

• Managing administrative operations of stores network
• Managing budgets with efficiency in spend
• Providing administrative support during renovation, store opening and closure
• Implementing safety and security protocols at all locations as per guidelines determined by Head Office team
• Managing NTI storage and monitoring inventory levels
• Ensuring compliance of all relevant regulations and laws, related to employment, health and safety
• Managing legal and statutory notices in collaboration with legal team

Expense Management

• Managing store administration budget in collaboration with Retail team
• Ensuring coordination with procurement to issue timely POs for relevant goods and services
