Description:
We’re looking for a Resources Development Coordinator to help us grow our impact and sustain our projects through effective fundraising and relationship-building.. You will will play a key role in::
- Designing and leading fundraising strategies
- Engaging donors and stakeholders
- Supporting community-led outreach

- Conduct outreach in local communities
- Collaborate with different departments on resource planning
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and apply for grant and funding opportunities
- Organize and manage fundraising campaigns and events
- Communicate clearly with donors, partners, and community stakeholders
- Develop donor reports, proposals, and presentations
- Work closely with program and field teams for aligned planning
- Build long-term, values-based partnerships that support Dosti’s impact
- Support outreach in new communities and strengthen local relationships
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 1–2 years of experience in the non-profit sector
- Knowledge of fundraising and resource development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and maintain donor relationships
- Commitment to Dosti’s mission and values
