Resource Mobilization & Reporting Officer

Description:

This is a dynamic and hands-on position for someone who writes with clarity, thinks strategically about fundraising, and takes pride in documenting meaningful community impact. The selected candidate will play a key role in connecting field-based work with donors and partners through high-quality proposals, reports, presentations, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and map national and international funding opportunities including foundations, UN agencies, donor organizations, CSR initiatives, and government grants

• Write compelling grant proposals, concept notes, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and fundraising documents aligned with donor priorities and guidelines

• Prepare professional narrative reports, progress updates, final reports, impact summaries, and organizational documentation

• Manage donor communication including updates, thank-you letters, newsletters, and relationship-building correspondence

• Design and develop presentations, brochures, pitch decks, and fundraising materials for donor meetings and campaigns

• Coordinate closely with program and field teams to gather project data, beneficiary stories, photos, and impact evidence

• Support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, and partnership development initiatives

• Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and timely submission of all reports and proposals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Communications, International Relations, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the NGO or development sector

• Strong understanding of donor landscapes including UN agencies, bilateral donors, international NGOs, and local CSR programs

• Excellent English and Urdu written and verbal communication skills

• Strong proposal writing, reporting, and documentation abilities

• Familiarity with project cycle management, logical frameworks (LFA), and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) concepts will be considered an advantage
