Description:
Applicant must have at least 1 year working in a taxi office experience or 2 years working in a call centre. (with references to contact) job role will include answering calls to customers, controlling the work flow as an operator and speaking with drivers, dealing with customer complaints. high standards of customer service is a necessity. Job includes working late nights and also working on weekend's. the start contract will be 32 hours per week with the possibility of overtime. full training for the job will be given. the successful applicant will start on a 1 month trial basis then go onto a further 2 months to make sure the applicant has taken to the job before been given the permanent position. Applicant must be willing to work as part of a team, driven , enthusiastic , dependable, mature and have a professional manner.
candidate should be from local area and within close traveling distance from our offices.
