Description:
We’re looking for a Research & Sales Intern to support our business development and market research efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated student or recent graduate who enjoys digging into data, researching potential clients, and learning how to build scalable sales processes.
You’ll work closely with the Business Development Executive and Strategy team to identify new opportunities, analyze trends, and support outreach campaigns across key industries such as healthcare, logistics, retail, and manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-depth research on target industries, companies and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain contact lists aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Track competitor activities, pricing models, and market positioning.
- Analyze market trends and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Support the team in creating and refining outreach lists for email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Assist in writing short, tailored messages and follow-ups for prospect engagement.
- Help qualify inbound and outbound leads through data validation and preliminary research.
- Monitor outreach performance metrics (open rate, reply rate, meeting conversions).
- Maintain CRM records and update prospect data accurately.
- Support in preparing weekly reports on outreach progress and market insights.
- Assist in cleaning, categorizing, and enriching datasets to improve targeting accuracy.
- Work with the marketing and analytics teams to align messaging with current campaigns.
- Contribute insights from research to improve positioning and pitch decks.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales research, data analysis, and business growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to learn.
