Join Team IoT @ LUMS Energy Institute as Research Intern (Embedded and Cloud Computing).

The Energy Institute at LUMS is looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of Research Intern in the area of Embedded Systems & Cloud Computing to perform a wide array of research and development tasks in the related fields. The positions are related to the development of IoT-based solutions including, but not limited to, Intelligent Electric Vehicle monitoring systems and Remote Sensing Devices.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must be a 3rd or Final year student of Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.

Priority will be given to the candidates with the following skillset:

• Strong theoretical foundations of Electronics and Microprocessors

• Embedded System Hardware Design and Firmware Development

• Must have good knowledge of C & C++

• Hands-on experience of Arduino, STM32, and ESP32

• Familiarity with PCB Designing, CAD Modelling, Git, and Platform IO will be a bonus

• Better to have some knowledge of Databases (SQL) and Cloud Computing

• Excellent Analytical, Coding, Problem Solving, Verbal/written Communication Skills
