HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is seeking passionate and skilled Research Executives for a Quantitative Research Executive position. Join our Market Strategy & Understanding team to analyze customer insights, market trends, and brand interactions, using analytics to help shape strategies for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for assigned projects, meeting client objectives and deadlines.
• Define clear project deliverables and create project timelines with milestones.
• Design sample plans tailored to target populations and project methodologies.
• Draft, test, and refine screeners and questionnaires for logical flow.
• Provide instructions to data collection teams for consistent execution.
• Prepare data tables, analysis plans, coding guidelines, and report designs.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders including fieldwork, operations, project management, and data processing teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, client relationship management, and quantitative research.
• Proficiency in quantitative research tools and software.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
