Duty Station: Islamabad
Job Description
Perform data entry orall forms received from the company's field office.
Make weekly and monthly spreadsheets and maintain them.
Check the project's weekly data after data entry.
• Cheek if the skip patterns are logically followed.
Check if there is some missing data.
If the skip patterns are not followed or there is missing data, highlight those
entries and double check them with the hardcopy forms and identify if the error
is due to data collection or data entry.
Take a few hardcopy forms and check if the data has been entered correctly.
After data cleaning. get it approved by the immediate supervisor.
• Communicate data related issues with the supervisor and resolve them
immediately.
• Contribute to the overall research process,
Assist in the process of making collaborations with other partner institutions.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree.
0-1 year of experience
• proficient in MS Excel.
