Waleed Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturing company specializing in home care and hygiene products under the brand Rejuvinitals. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Chemists and Microbiologists to join our Quality Control (QC) and Research & Development (R&D) team.

 

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about product quality, laboratory testing, and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Perform chemical and/or microbiological testing of raw materials, water, in-process samples, and finished products

 

Conduct routine QC tests including physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses (as per role expertise)

 

Carry out TPC, yeast & mold, and basic pathogen screening (for microbiology profiles)

 

Support formulation development, product validation, and stability studies

 

Assist in preservative efficacy testing where applicable

 

Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, safety, and laboratory protocols

 

Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and documentation

 

Collaborate with production, QC, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues

 

Eligibility / Qualifications

 

Applicants with any of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

 

BSc / MSc / MPhil in Chemistry

 

BSc / MSc / MPhil in Microbiology

 

BSc / MSc in Applied or Analytical Sciences (relevant discipline)

 

Experience & Skills

 

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on laboratory experience

 

Experience in FMCG, home care, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred

 

Familiarity with laboratory instruments, testing methods, and SOPs

 

Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

 

Ability to work independently as well as within a team
