Research And Development Chemist

Description:

We are seeking a motivated R&D Chemist to support product development and formulation activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cosmetic or personal care formulations and a strong understanding of laboratory practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in development, testing, and improvement of cosmetic formulations
• Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing, and product evaluations
• Maintain accurate formulation records and lab documentation
• Support scale-up and troubleshooting during product development
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (cosmetics experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
