A Marketing Research organization based in Islamabad & headquarters in Australia, requires the services of a detail-oriented and trustworthy Female Research Analyst on urgent basis. (Females from the Islamabad region are encouraged to apply).
We are looking for a hard-working and detail-oriented individual; someone who can build relationships and gain trust by being confident on the phone/via Zoom, and also back this up with great written communication and influencing skills.
What you are expected to do
As a Research Analyst, you will be conducting a detailed review of industries, researching, engaging, and linking industry experts with our clients.
• In order to enable our clients’ business decisions, you are expected to evaluate their specific needs, identify their knowledge gaps, and find the best industry experts.
• Research, Identify and recruit key industry experts using all methods of outreach & communication.
• Screen and assess all experts for incoming projects to ensure a proper match of qualifications
• Persuade relevant individuals to take part in a consultation with our client and negotiate terms.
• Develop relationships with existing contacts and build new ones with experts you have identified.
• Educate yourself on projects to assess the scope and the needs of the clients
• Use this knowledge to target and actively recruit relevant experts via phone and email
• Schedule expert interviews for the clients
• Work in a team to meet project deadlines and exceed clients' expectations
Prerequisite
• Minimum Education: Graduation /16 years of education.
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills.
• Analytical skills & Decision Making.
• Internet Searching.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software, with excellent typing speed.
• Proficiency in foreign languages other than English is a plus.
Remuneration Package

40K + (Negotiable)
Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
