We are hiring an online reputation management specialist (ORM) to handle and improve our company’s presence across key review and social platforms. The ideal candidate must be experienced in managing ratings, responding to reviews, and posting content across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor reviews on Trustpilot, GoodFirms, Bark, Reviews.io, Clutch, and Google Business Profile.
Respond to customer reviews, comments, and messages professionally.
Create and schedule content for our brands.
Track brand mentions and online feedback.
Prepare reports on reviews, engagement, and reputation performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of ORM experience.
Strong understanding of the above-listed review platforms.
Excellent written communication skills.
Familiarity with ORM/social media tools.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
