Description:

CareGenix Solutions is looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our Eligibility & Reporting Team in Karachi.
This role involves managing eligibility verification, benefits validation, and report analysis to support smooth revenue cycle operations.

📍 Location: Cherry’s Plaza, DHA Phase 7, Karachi
💼 Employment Type: Full-time (Night Shift – US Hours)
🕕 Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
💼 Experience Required: 0–2 years

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Perform Eligibility and Verification of Benefits (VOB) for patients across multiple insurance providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of patient eligibility.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve eligibility-related issues.
- Extract, analyze, and segregate reports from EMR/EHR systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and eligibility status.
- Identify discrepancies in data and provide resolutions.
- Manually extract data from various EMR/EHR systems.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- At least Intermediate education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in eligibility, reporting, or healthcare operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards preferred).
- Fresh candidates must have strong Excel skills and a keen interest in data handling.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask efficiently.
