Description:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the frontline of our business development. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our senior consultants by engaging with key decision-makers at UK-based tech companies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential client companies in the UK tech sector using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation platforms.
- Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate interest in our services.
- Qualification: Engage HR managers, CTOs, and Tech Leads to understand their hiring challenges and qualify them as sales-ready leads.
- CRM Management: Accurately track all activities, leads, and interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Meeting Booking: Schedule high-quality discovery calls and meetings for our senior UK-based consultants.
Who We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent English: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to build rapport and hold confident conversations with UK business professionals.
- Proven Experience: 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or B2B sales. Experience in the UK or international markets is a significant advantage.
