Description:

We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Bancassurance team. You’ll be based at assigned bank branches to promote insurance products and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote General Insurance products at assigned bank branches

- Build strong relationships with bank staff and walk-in customers  

- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets

- Provide expert, needs-based financial advice to customers

- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Bancassurance/Insurance sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Target-driven with a sales mindset

- Must be based in Karachi and willing to work at bank branches
