Candidate Requirements:

• BScN or Post RN degree with specialization in critical care nursing

• Valid registration with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU, CCU, or other critical care units

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage medical emergencies with composure and professionalism
