Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Karachi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires regular monitoring of sales performance, reporting metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales goals with company objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Leadership and team management skills to effectively guide and motivate sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, customer relationship management, and negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and analytics tools to monitor and improve sales performance.
  • A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with the food manufacturing industry and its dynamic market demands is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
