Requirements
Education: MBA from a reputable institute
Experience: 10 years or more in relevant role (FMCG preferably beverages industry) & ability to succeed in a team lead position
Key Responsibilities:
Development, Management & Improvement of geographic distribution network of territories.
High level of commitment to drive sales initiatives across the region.
Provide Leadership & Guidance to sales team and train them in Planning & Workflow.
Lead the team to achieve and exceed Sales Targets and ensure Market Development
Sales Forecasting. Strategy Development & Monitoring distribution of products to customers.
