A leading spices manufacturing facility is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead operations and market expansion across the North Region of Pakistan. Core Responsibilities * Regional Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team covering Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and the wider North Region. * Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, optimize distribution networks, and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets. * Key Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with major wholesalers, modern trade outlets, and institutional buyers. * Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences to provide actionable insights to the management. * Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the production plant to ensure seamless stock availability and timely delivery across the region. Required Qualifications & Skills * Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have served in reputable, large-scale firms within the food or spice industry. * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a field force and manage complex distribution channels. * Communication: Excellent negotiation skills and fluency in English and Urdu. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus. * Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with sales reporting tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
