Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned region (Karachi etc.).
- Ensure consistent increase in procedure volume, average ticket size, and conversion rate.
- Conduct patient consultations and close high-value cases.
- Track and analyze sales funnel metrics (inquiries → consultations → procedures).
- Implement strategies for upselling and repeat procedures (e.g., PRP, exosome, maintenance packages).
2. Branch Performance Management
- Oversee and support consultants in each branch (total 3-4 consultants).
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and set individual and team targets.
- Ensure alignment in pricing, communication, and patient experience across branches.
- Coordinate with OT and operations teams to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.
3. Business Development & Regional Strategy
- Identify and execute local marketing or referral programs to boost inquiries and brand reach.
- Liaise with digital marketing for localized campaigns.
- Represent the clinic in promotional events or partnerships (e.g., salons, gyms, dermatology clinics).
4. Leadership & Training
- Mentor and coach Sales Consultants on consultation skills, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Conduct monthly skill development sessions and joint consultations for complex cases.
Develop and maintain a high-performance culture focused on ethics, empathy, and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related).
- 5–8 years of experience in clinical sales, aesthetics, or premium services.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
