Regional Sales Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Faisalabad for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include supervising the sales team, building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends and competitors, and preparing sales reports.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and team supervision
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitors effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in sales software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
