Description:
International Industries Limited (IIL), a globally recognized manufacturer of pipes and tubes with over 75 years of legacy, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join its team in Karachi, Pakistan. IIL operates in over 60 countries and is a market leader in Pakistan.
The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring efficient sales operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead teams, analyze performance metrics, and implement necessary corrective actions to enhance growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans to meet sales targets and customer expansion goals
Oversee the entire sales cycle ensuring effective and efficient processes
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare improvement reports
Build strong relationships with customers, business partners, and regional stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing for campaign design and execution
Lead and manage the team, ensuring effective training and development
Requirements:
Qualification: Preferably an MBA in Marketing
Experience: 10–12 years in the pipe industry
