Description:

International Industries Limited (IIL), a globally recognized manufacturer of pipes and tubes with over 75 years of legacy, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join its team in Karachi, Pakistan. IIL operates in over 60 countries and is a market leader in Pakistan.

The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring efficient sales operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead teams, analyze performance metrics, and implement necessary corrective actions to enhance growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans to meet sales targets and customer expansion goals

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle ensuring effective and efficient processes

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats

  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare improvement reports

  • Build strong relationships with customers, business partners, and regional stakeholders

  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign design and execution

  • Lead and manage the team, ensuring effective training and development

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Preferably an MBA in Marketing

  • Experience: 10–12 years in the pipe industry
