OPay Pakistan, a leading provider of Point-of-Sale (POS) machine solutions, is actively seeking a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead regional business expansion efforts in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to shape regional strategy, manage teams, and drive growth in a rapidly expanding fintech environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and leading a high-performing team focused on sales excellence and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business

  • Identify new markets and revenue streams through business development

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to exceed performance KPIs

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure alignment with business goals

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • At least 8 years of experience in POS machine sales or a closely related industry

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities

  • Strong knowledge of POS technology and evolving market trends
