As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take charge of driving revenue growth, leading a high-performance team, and building strategic partnerships to expand market share across the region. You’ll need to be a seasoned sales leader with the vision and discipline to grow a strong customer base and exceed performance targets in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team to meet and exceed KPIs.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth in smart tech products.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key clients.

• Oversee pricing, promotions, and product positioning within the assigned territory.

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching for skill development and performance improvement.

• Ensure that all sales activities align with company goals and compliance policies.

• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams for regional planning and execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a significant advantage).

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in the FMCG or FMEG sectors will be considered a strong plus.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage sales teams effectively.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing tech market.

• Passion for smart gadgets and emerging technology trends.

Timings:

• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (On-site, Full-time)
