Hair Energy, a growing and innovative brand in the Hair Care & Beauty industry, is seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager – South to lead our sales initiatives across the southern territory of Pakistan. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a highly motivated and commercially astute professional who has an in-depth understanding of the beauty, hair care, or FMCG market and a proven ability to lead regional teams to success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, expanding market share, managing key accounts, and executing go-to-market strategies. This is a pivotal role that will directly contribute to the brand’s growth, visibility, and success in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Monitor regional sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary
Ensure sales targets are achieved and brand visibility is maximized
Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to optimize execution
Provide regular performance reports to top management
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in sales within the Hair Care, Beauty, or FMCG sector
Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Passionate about brand building and committed to delivering exceptional results
