As a Regional Sales Manager at REDA Chemicals, you will drive sales growth in the animal nutrition and health ingredients market in Lahore, Pakistan. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders like feed mills, poultry, and animal farms, and educating customers on our product offerings.
You will manage sales forecasting, performance tracking, and contract negotiations, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll represent REDA Chemicals at industry events to expand business opportunities and strengthen our market presence.
This role requires strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Frequent travel will be necessary to engage with clients and stay updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the animal nutrition and health ingredients market.
- Identify and target key customers, establish sales objectives, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including feed mills and poultry and livestock farms. Understand their unique needs, offer tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our product portfolio through product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions. Address inquiries and provide expert guidance to support their purchasing decisions.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and provide strategic insights to the management team for product development and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance, and report key metrics regularly. Offer data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous business growth.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to ensure profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. Work closely with internal teams to optimize pricing strategies and structures.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to expand business opportunities, strengthen professional networks, and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in selling ingredients to feed mills, poultry, and animal farms in the region.
- Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and the agriculture industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
