Job Overview:
As a Regional Sales Manager for the Animal Nutrition and Health division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding REDA’s footprint in Lahore, Pakistan. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients (such as feed mills, poultry farms, and livestock farms), and educating the market on the benefits of REDA’s innovative product portfolio.
The role requires a proactive sales approach, strong industry knowledge, frequent travel for client engagement, and participation in industry events to enhance business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the animal nutrition and health sector.
🔹 Identify and target key customers, setting sales goals and deploying effective sales strategies.
🔹 Build strong relationships with feed mills, poultry farms, and livestock farms, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed with tailored solutions.
🔹 Educate customers through product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions, ensuring they fully understand the benefits of REDA’s product offerings.
🔹 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, sharing insights with the management team for product development and marketing decisions.
🔹 Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
🔹 Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers, balancing profitability with customer satisfaction.
🔹 Represent REDA Chemicals at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to expand the professional network and enhance the company’s market presence.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales within the animal nutrition, feed, or agriculture industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and general agriculture practices.
✅ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets.
✅ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and attend industry events.
