Maple Leaf Cement Factory Ltd is looking for Regional Manager Sales

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA/BBA Marketing with minimum (08-10) years of Sales experience in FMCG

• To establish and achieve sales objectives by formulating and implementing sales plan for area/region in support of national objectives.

• To maintain and expand customer base by counselling area sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer

• Developing existing customer base in line with sales objectives.

• Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets.

• Evaluate market trends, gather competitive information and identify threats that can affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

• Strong interpersonal, Communication & presentation Skills
