Regional Director

Description:

We are looking for an experienced 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 to lead the overall commercial, academic, and operational performance of a portfolio of schools in Islamabad. The role will be responsible for driving regional growth, enrolment, profitability, academic excellence, operational efficiency, leadership succession, and stakeholder engagement.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Lead regional campus expansion, consolidation, relocations, and capacity enhancement initiatives

• Drive regional enrolment growth, revenue generation, capacity utilisation, and profitability

• Oversee academic standards, teaching effectiveness, curriculum delivery, and educational outcomes

• Ensure schools maintain high standards of operational excellence, quality, safeguarding, and compliance

• Own regional business planning, strategic planning, P&L, Capex, Opex, and financial performance

• Develop and implement performance management, self-evaluation, and continuous improvement processes

• Build strong relationships with the Board, government bodies, parents, students, media, landlords, and other stakeholders

• Lead talent development and succession planning for Principals, Heads, and key leadership positions

• Identify market trends, demographic opportunities, competitor activity, and potential expansion opportunities

• Champion an exceptional student and parent experience to strengthen retention, referrals, and brand reputation

• Identify and mitigate operational and business risks across the region

• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, safeguarding, governance, and organisational requirements

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Education: Master's degree in Education, Public Management, Business Administration, or a related field

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in educational leadership

• At least 3 years of experience in regional or school network management

• Proven track record in improving academic performance, financial sustainability, and operational efficiency
