We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a marketing agency and a proven ability to hire top-tier talent, especially through LinkedIn outreach and other modern sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and hire top talent, especially in creative, marketing, and digital domains.
• Effectively use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to conduct outreach and headhunting.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process – from job posting and shortlisting to final hiring.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
• Strong knowledge of using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
