As a Recruitment MTO, you will be part of our dynamic HR team, playing a key role in attracting and onboarding top talent across various departments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, processes, and building high-performing teams.

 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Support in creating and maintaining talent pipelines for various roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Conduct market research to support employer branding and outreach strategies.
  • Support university recruitment drives and career fairs.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
