Search O Pal is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and manage hiring projects for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and mentor the recruitment team
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client projects
✔ Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
✔ Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements
✔ Track recruitment KPIs and ensure timely position closures
✔ Drive process improvements and team performance

Requirements:
4+ years of recruitment experience (Recruitment agency experience preferred)
Previous experience leading a recruitment team
Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruitment expertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
