📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing recruitment processes including screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding for key positions.
- Maintain and update talent databases and succession planning records.
- Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Maintain and update HRIS data related to training, performance, and development.

✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
