Description:
As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen resumes from various job portals.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ fit for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment-related events as needed.
- Monitor industry trends to refine strategies.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and role specifications.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus.
