Description:
You will own all of the scheduling activities as part of the PK recruiting team while providing best-in-class candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Take ownership of the interview scheduling process by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules and changes.
- Ensure candidates have great experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Support with candidate onboarding, background checks, new hire paperwork, ATS data accuracy etc.
- Support recruiting events such as networking events, on-site batch interview days, recruiting offsite events.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months of recruiting/coordination/customer facing experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System would be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external partners.
- Self-directed problem solver with the passion to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.
- This is a remote role, but you may be required to come to the office if needed.
- Work timing will be 12-9pm or 2-11pm Pakistan time, Monday to Friday.
