Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Career Okay located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various job openings, as well as managing recruitment-related activities and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and support them in achieving their goals.

• Experience using recruitment tools and software
• Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and tactics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
