What you’ll do 🔍

• Track and update student accounts with outstanding dues
• Reach out (phone | email | in-person) to students & parents and secure payments politely but firmly
• Document every interaction in our SIS and deliver weekly recovery dashboards to leadership
• Partner with Finance & Admissions to resolve billing issues and improve processes

What we’re looking for 🎯

• Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
• 2-4 years’ hands-on experience in fee recovery / collections—ideally in an academic setting
• Working knowledge of tuition-fee structures, billing cycles & recovery regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation and MS Office/ERP skills
