Recovery Officer

Q Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Recovery Officer to join our Accounts team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, initiating recovery actions, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Contact and follow up with clients to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate and implement effective repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and recovery activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Provide regular reports on account statuses and recovery progress.
• Ensure recovery practices align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate professionally and fluently in English with clients and team members.

• Job Requirements:
• Minimum Experience: 2 years in a similar role (preferably in accounts or recovery)
• Education: Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English; able to communicate effectively and effortlessly
