Recovery Officer

Responsibilities:

The Recovery Officer shall be responsible for;

• Communicating by email and/or phone with customers regarding their requests and recovering the outstanding installments or debt
• Keep tracking outstanding debts
• Plan a course of action to recover owed money
• Locate and contact debtors
• Update account status and database regularly
• Comply with requirements
• Handle customers' questions or complaints
• Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
• Build trust with debtors
• Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions
