🚀 WE’RE HIRING: Receptionist & Accounts Assistant (Medical Business)

This is a dynamic, onsite role designed for a multitasking professional who can balance high-level administrative support with foundational accounting tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our stakeholders, ensuring our front-desk and financial records run like clockwork.

📍 Location: Karachi or Lahore Office (Onsite)
⏰ Shift Timings: 09:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. AEST
👤 Preference: Female candidate preferred

💻 Key Responsibilities

- Front-Desk Excellence: Act as the primary contact for patients and vendors, managing calls and emails with a professional touch.

- Calendar Mastery: Orchestrate schedules for doctors and management, including meeting preparation and follow-ups.

- Financial Support: Maintain essential accounting records, track invoices, and assist with billing and payables.

- Record Management: Ensure all administrative and financial documentation is organized and strictly confidential.

🔍 Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in admin, reception, or accounts support.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.

💸 Bonus Points for:
Experience in the healthcare or medical industry.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
Experience working with international clients.
