Description:

Requirements
• facilitate the customers(i.e. patients and attendants) in the department
book appointment over phone or in-person for procedures
• manage cash including the receipt of payments via debit/credit cards and cheques
• assist customeHs telephonic as well as walk in inquiries
maintain all necessary record related to reception area
provide assistance to the supervisor in the quality audits
any other assignment given by the supervisor / department head.
• cash handling skills
• good communication skills (both in English and Urdu).
• ability to perform multiple functions effectively under work pressure
good public relations and interpersonal skills
• good problem solving and trouble shooting skills
• time flexibility (available for shift duties and willingness for double duties)
