What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting guests like they’re old friends (even if it’s their first visit!)
  • Answering calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
  • Keeping our reception area looking its best
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and ensuring the day runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Intermediate or O-Level (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and friendly — someone everyone enjoys working with
